Bookings & Appointments
A valid credit is required to book your appointment. We have a strict 36-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy – any cancellation that occurs with less than 36-hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee. We also have a 10 minute grace period for arrivals – if you arrive 10-minutes after your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply and your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
A valid email address and phone number must be provided to ensure your appointment. You will be receiving an initial confirmation email upon booking and a second email confirmation 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your confirmation emails will contain information on how to modify or reschedule your appointment.
